BOOGIE DOWN

FRI 12:00-1:00 PM  |  JANIS KELLY
A woman with short hair and magenta feather earrings smiles as she speaks into a microphone

Combining elements of NIA, Afrobics, funk, hip-hop and cardio dance, “Boogie Down” is a soul-stirring, hip-shaking way to burn calories, improve fitness and endurance and get your groove on in a fun, safe environment! This is a shoes-optional class.

MEMBER PRICING: $11
NON-MEMBER PRICING: $15

OPENING CEREMONY (CROWDFUNDING LAUNCH)

OCT 25th / 10am - 12pm
Family Village or on Zoom

We're joyfully kicking off our crowdfunding campaign as a community with guided meditation and an un-guided movement practice. This space is for dancers and “I-can’t-dancers” alike, with NO EXPECTATION that you even move at all –only that you let your body lead and follow what feels good! The event is free. Childcare will be available as part of your regular membership pass or at our drop-in rate ($10/hour per kid). Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
