This all-ages, all-levels class combines cardio, strength and body weight for a full-body workout. Ever-changing exercises will keep you on your toes. Weather permitting, we'll head outdoors and enjoy a little sweaty fun with gorgeous mountain views! Low impact options given.

YOGA, MOVEMENT FOR ALL

This “no levels” class is for everyone. We will explore all that yoga has to offer in this flowing class complete with story telling, meditation, pranayam and asana. Experience what the mind and body are capable of, in a space that allows for all variations.

BOOGIE DOWN

Combining elements of NIA, Afrobics, funk, hip-hop and cardio dance, “Boogie Down” is a soul-stirring, hip-shaking way to burn calories, improve fitness and endurance and get your groove on in a fun, safe environment! This is a shoes-optional class. Janis can’t wait to get down with you!
