BOOTCAMP

 

with DANIELLE DUNN

Tuesdays 9:45 – 10:30 am

This all-ages, all-levels class combines body weight, strength and cardio exercises for a full-body workout. With ever-changing exercises, this class is sure to keep you on your toes with new intervals! When weather permits, we'll head outdoors and enjoy a little sweaty fun with gorgeous mountain views! Low impact options given.

Yoga, Movement for all

with ANNE SPEAR

Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:15 am

This “no levels” class is for everyone. We will explore all that yoga has to offer in this flowing class complete with storytelling, meditation, asana and pranayam. As we experience what the mind and body are capable of, you will be held in a space that allows variations for any need you have.

BOOGIE DOWN

 

with JANIS KELLY

Fridays 12 – 1 pm

Combining elements of NIA, Afrobics and funk / hip-hop / cardio dance, “Boogie Down” is a soul-stirring, hip-shaking way to burn calories, improve fitness and endurance and get your groove on in a fun, safe environment! This shoes-optional class is one of Janis’ favorites to teach –she can’t wait to get down with you!
